June Upcoming

• 1st: Transfer window closes for 2026-27

• 1st: 4th Grade Science & Owl Pellet Lesson @ 8:20-10:35am

• 1-5th: Last week for B&G Club After school program

  • If your student attends B&G - we will need their ASP for 8-11th

• 1st:  LAST Marimba Practice  

  • Please let office know your students ASP for the 8th

• 2nd: 4th Grade Science & Owl Pellet Lesson @ 8:20-11am

• 2nd: WAHS Senior Walk @ 10:30amish

• 2nd: LAST Liberty Singers Practice

  • Please let office know your students ASP for the 4th & 9th

• 2nd: Liberty Singers & Marimba Concert @ WAHS @ 7pm

• 2nd: SAHS Graduation @ 7-9pm

• 3rd: Animal Display & 3rd: Insect Display @ 8:30-10am

  • 2nd Grade: Animal Displays in GYM 

  • 3rd Grade: Insect Display in CAFETERIA

  • 2nd/3rd Grade Parents are welcome to attend 

• 3rd: Last Early Release of the school year @ 1:30pm

• 4th/9th: NO Liberty Singers-last practice was Tues 2nd

• 4th: WAHS Graduation @ 7-9pm

• 5th: 5th Grade Field Trip- OSU Engineering @ 10:30am-2pm

• 8th: NO Marimba - last practice was the Mon 1st

• 9th (Tues): FIELD DAY & SACK LUNCH Day!

  • Field Day Volunteers needed - please look for communication from the Teachers to SIGN-UP*!

• 10th: (Wed) = NO EARLY RELEASE - Out @ 2:30pm

• 10th (Wed): Last DAY for YMCA Before/After school program

  • If your student attends YMCA - we will need their ASP for the last day of school 11th*

  • Reminder - Thur June 11th = Last day of school - ½ DAY - out @ 11:00am 

• 10th: 4th Grade Libertyville @ 8:15-10:00am in Cafeteria

  • 4th Grade Parents are welcome  

11th (Thurs): LAST DAY OF SCHOOL - ½ DAY - out @ 11:00am

• June 11th (Thurs) Last Day of School Schedule Items:

  • 7:55am- School starts & Breakfast served*

  • 9:00-9:30- Yearbook Signing

  • 9:30-9:45- Whole School Recess

  • 10:00-10:50 - 5th Grade Promotion

  • 10:55- Clap Out for 5th Grade

  • *NO Lunch will be served

  • 11:00am- School’s Out For Summer!

  • BUS Riders: will be dropped off 3 ½ hours earlier from their usual drop-off time

11th (Thurs): 5th Grade PROMOTION in Cafeteria @ 10:00-10:50am 

• 5th Grade family is welcome 

• If you would like a sibling at Liberty to attend, please let us know beforehand as well so we can call them down

• If your student(s) usually ride the bus but you are taking them home-please advise the office beforehand

• Doors open @ 9:45am

11th: 5th Grade CLAP-OUT @ 10:55am 

• 5th grade family welcome 

• Where:  Families are invited to make a straight tunnel outside at the West side doors (Liberty Street side) of  the school.

• CLAP OUT:  At 10:55am the 5th graders will walk down the hall of Liberty for the last time as the rest of the students and staff clap and say goodbye. As they exit, the school parents can see them come through the tunnel and take pictures.

• If your student(s) usually ride the bus but you are taking them home-please advise the office beforehand

• 5th graders are now officially a MIDDLE SCHOOLER!!

 

EOY INFO:

• REPORT CARDS will be sent out via PARENTSQUARE later in JUNE! 

• Do you know a future Kinder that will be 5 years old before Sept 1st, 2026 & lives in the Liberty boundary!? If so, complete on-line Registration NOW @  2026-27 Kinder/New Student Registration - CLICK HERE

• 2026-27 = 1st-5th Grade Liberty Returning Students - Registration will open JULY 1st, 2027  per the District.  Look for the District to send out more information. This is required

  • If your address has changed please let the office know asap 

  • If you know that your Liberty student will NOT BE RETURNING next year please let the office know asap as we are working on our classrooms for next year
