June 12th (Thursday) – 5th Grade Promotion Ceremony
Where: Liberty Elementary Cafeteria
When: Thursday, June 12th from 1pm to 2:15pm
Doors open: 12:45pm for seating
Families of 5th graders are invited to attend Liberty’s annual ceremony to celebrate the end of elementary school!
If you would like a sibling to attend the celebration, please let us know beforehand as well so we can call them out of class.
If your student(s) normally rides the bus, please let the office know ahead of time if you’ll be picking up your student on this day at liberty.office@albany.k12.or.us
June 13th (Friday) – Last day of school/Field Day & Full day, out @ 2:30pm – 5th Grade Clap-Out
What: 5th Grade CLAP OUT
When: Friday, June 13th @ 2:20pm
Where: Families are invited to make a tunnel outside at the West side doors of the school.
CLAP OUT: At 2:20pm 5th graders will walk down the hall of Liberty for the last time as the rest of the students and staff clap and say goodbye. As they exit, the parents can see them and take pictures as the exit the West doors.
