The Liberty School community worked together the past two weeks to pull off a very successful canned food and coin drive to help families in need during the Thanksgiving holiday. Students raised $385 dollars with the coin drive and were able to fill multiple boxes with donated food items. Mrs. Susnik’s class lead the food drive with over 300 items donated!
Between the coin drive and canned food collection, along with a $300 pledge from the Liberty PTC, students were able to provide 17 meals for families. A big THANK YOU to Mrs. Rider and the 5th grade leadership students, Mrs. Thompson and Mrs. Nazarian, and all staff and students who participated to make this even such a huge success!
